  • Only defective beauty products are eligible for return.
  • The products must have been purchased directly from Elegance Beauty
  • The return must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documents provided.

  • Products must be returned in a clean and unused condition.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions mentioned above are not met.

4. Replacement:

  • After receiving the returned product and verifying the defect, we will proceed with its replacement.
  • If the defective product is no longer available, we offer you the option of either waiting until it is available again or receiving a refund.

5. Reimbursement:

6. Warranty for electrical and electronic appliances and furniture:

In addition to our return policy for nail products, the following conditions apply to electrical/electronic devices and professional furniture:

Products such as sanders, handheld vacuums, UV/LED lamps, or any other electrical or electronic device sold by Elegance Beauty benefit from a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This guarantee covers exclusively the manufacturing defects.

It does not include damages resulting from:

  • due to misuse,

  • from a fall,

  • from a liquid leak,

  • of a modification or repair carried out by an unauthorized third party.

6.2 Beds, armchairs and professional furniture

Beds, armchairs and professional furniture are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
The terms and conditions (duration, exclusions, coverage) may vary depending on the model and supplier. Elegance Beauty strictly adheres to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.

6.3 Procedures for taking charge

In the event of a detected defect:

  • Please contact our customer service department with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos or videos.

  • We will assess the situation and advise you on the procedure to follow depending on the type of product and the applicable warranty.
